We are happy to serve you wherever you are! There are no additional delivery fees for menu and beverage services for events within a 30-miles radius from our location. An appropriate travel fee will be added to the proposal for all events outside of this 30-mile radius.

Booking Your Event
We want to help make your event a success. For us to best serve you, it is essential that you book our service a few weeks advance to secure your date. Weekend and holiday events will usually require more advance notice.

Deposit
A signed agreement and a 30% non-refundable deposit are required to reserve your event date.
Because we immediately begin planning your event and reserve staff, equipment, and inventory specifically for you, all deposits are non-refundable.

Guest Count Guarantee
Catering pricing is based on the guest count provided at booking. The contracted guest count may not be reduced by more than 10%, and any approved reduction must be submitted at least 14 days before the event. The final guaranteed count is due 3 days before service. Guest count increases are subject to availability and additional charges.
Gratuity
Gratuity is optional (not required or expected), and is suggested only when your expectations are exceeded.

Buffet Staff & Service
A-Que Lister’s Smokehouse & Catering LLC. offers Buffet services. Our consultants will determine the quantity of staff needed based on your menu and event details. Menus presented in our brochure include buffet staff at no additional charge, based on the minimum guest charge (see menu minimums).

Extended Buffet serving and set up times are also available. Additional set up time may be required by event facilities or to allow for wedding ceremonies and other programs. These charges starting at $75 per hour, will depend on the quantity of staff, and will be added to your proposal.
