by Pit Master Deljon (DJ) Lister, his wife, Angela, and their three sons: Davion, Jayvon, and Julian.

The secret to their ‘que is “DA PROCESS” – hand picked, top quality meats are marinated with only fresh ingredients for 24-hours and slow-smoked with a mixture of oak and hickory wood to create their special, unmatched flavor.
